Summary

Document the fourth integration surface of Complexity Analyzers: the separately maintained Complexity Analysis GitHub Action, using the existing published CLI.

Changes

• Update both root READMEs to include the GitHub Action alongside Roslyn Analyzers, the CLI, and the MCP server.
• Add detailed EN/PT-BR GitHub Action guides covering installation status, .csproj/.sln/.slnx workflows, configurable quality gates, regression comparison, SARIF, permissions and troubleshooting.
• Link both guides from docs/README.md, Getting Started and Project-Level Tooling.
• Distinguish CLI versioning from Action versioning and do not claim that v1.0.0, v1 or the Marketplace listing are published.

Documentation verification

• Validated 106 local Markdown links across the 9 touched documents; no missing internal targets.
• References and input names were checked against the Action's release-readiness branch.
• No website content changed (reserved for Phase 4, part 2).

Dependency

The companion Action repository has a release-readiness PR: rodri-oliveira-dev/complexity-analysis-action#3. Links to its candidate examples may need to be moved to main after that PR is merged and the branch retired.
