Add employer-side business immigration prospecting report

Motivation

• Provide Ezer Law Group a signal-driven, employer-side prospecting dossier focused on business immigration demand (H-1B, L-1, O-1, PERM, TN/USMCA and compliance) using only public sources.
• Prioritize mid-size, signal-rich employers in target industries (oil & gas, specialty construction, IT/technology, and related tiers) to surface reachable buyer titles and practical entry angles.
• Capture actionable outreach inputs (trigger signals, likely visa needs, procurement risk, heat/score) to drive targeted business development.

Description

• Added a new report file intel_leads_report.md containing a qualified leads table with company metadata, public trigger signals, inferred immigration needs, likely decision-makers, procurement risk, scoring, and confidence.
• Included a ranked Top 10 priority leads list and recommended first-contact entry angles mapped to business problems (hiring bottlenecks, compliance risk, international expansion, etc.).
• Added a concise red-flags section to disqualify poor-fit targets and a curated list of public evidence links for each lead.
• The content is organized for direct reuse in outreach workflows and further enrichment (CSV/CRM ingestion or templated email sequences).

Testing

• Validated the new file and its contents by printing the report to the console with nl -ba intel_leads_report.md | sed -n '1,220p', which returned the expected structured output (succeeded).
• Confirmed repository tooling registered the new report and a PR payload was produced by the release tool (succeeded).
• No unit tests apply to this documentation-only addition.
