Atoll CLI 0.7.0 had a bug where HtmlPostProcessor base path URL rewriting was skipped when no CSS/JS bundle existed, causing all _atoll/ asset paths, navigation links, and island component URLs to miss the /microstack prefix.

Problem
The docs site at https://damianh.github.io/microstack/ was not rendering — all JS/CSS assets returning 404:
/_atoll/island.js-> 404/_atoll/directives.js-> 404/_atoll/logo.png-> 404URLs were missing the
/microstackbase path prefix needed for GitHub Pages project sites.Root Cause
Atoll CLI 0.7.0 had a bug where
HtmlPostProcessorbase path URL rewriting was gated behindcssHref.Length > 0 || jsHref.Length > 0. Since MicroStack docs produce no global CSS/JS bundle, the entire post-processing step (including base path rewriting) was skipped. Fixed in CLI 0.7.7.
