Summary

  • Replace the attribution statement: credit the 2026 Alzheimer's Insights AI Prize work to the team at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in collaboration with Stanford University, state that this repository is maintained by Kaimen, Inc., and add an explicit independence/non-endorsement statement.
  • Rename the SinaiADRD catalog to ADRD_OpenGenomics (contents unchanged: RADR, SingleBrain, and isoMiGA, all public Zenodo deposits) so no institutional name appears in catalog naming.
  • Add a "Data access" section: this repo ships catalog definitions only, distributes no datasets, and users must obtain their own access (e.g. a NIAGADS Data Use Certification).
  • Extend the licensing notice: some integrated datasets are licensed for non-commercial use only; upstream Biomni's commercial_mode flag excludes them, and commercial deployment requires a component-level license review.
  • Remove the upstream logo and upstream community badges from the README header; upstream-run resources are now listed as plain links in the Upstream Biomni Capabilities section.

Verification

Ran locally: ruff check and ruff format --check pass, full pytest suite passes, python -m compileall passes, and the renamed catalog resolves through the same glob patterns the AD1 agent uses (39 datasets across 3 catalogs).
