chore(sdk): record the cleartext v13 Sepolia deployment of 2026-10-05 - #142

The seal, generated config and journal of cleartext-v13-sepolia-2026-10-05-1, copied byte for byte from the operator's deployment folder. The out dir is renamed record/ (deploy.config.json#outDir follows), and tool-commit.txt names dd09b76, the merge of #135 that reproduces the seal.
