Generalist, tinkerer. I like taking things apart to see how they work, then building something out of what I find. Not big on staying in one lane.
I spent the last couple of years on the business side of an early-stage company: partnerships, incentive design, the work that gets a product from launch to real usage. That taught me more about how people adopt new systems than about how those systems get built. It's a skill set that travels well outside any one industry.
I learn by doing: pull things apart and see what sticks. I'd rather chase an interesting problem than settle into a specialty.
