docs: document and prioritize Reading Plan 2.0

The Reading Plan review found misleading behind-schedule feedback on a newly started plan, inconsistent passage interactions, missing reader-side plan context, and navigation state lost on rotation. This documentation-only PR records the evidence and a proposed delivery order under docs/features/reading-plan-2.0/.

• Adds an audit separating emulator observations, source-verified behavior, UX interpretations, and unconfirmed concerns, with eight original screenshots.
• Adds 12 stable tracking entries with priorities, proposed status, dependencies, and acceptance criteria, plus instructions for tracking implementation PRs.
• Adds six HTML mockups in both English and Indonesian, rendered overview images for GitHub review, and a bilingual copy table. Each HTML file is self-contained, with embedded styling and SVG and no external assets. The mockups illustrate daily reading, reader context, all days, schedule adjustment, completion, and plan preview.
• Makes familiarity explicit: retain recognizable colors, plan selection, day arrows, passage rows, and right-side checkboxes; preserve old recovery and Restart routes as transitional aliases. RP2-002 uses a small toolbar icon with an expandable panel instead of a persistent reading-area strip. The mockups are proposals, not shipped UI; completion controls are illustrative.
• Identifies catalogue/backend coordination and compatibility validation; defers an undated mode and native catalogue rewrite. No application code, APIs, schemas, or sync behavior change.

Validation: checked relative Markdown/HTML links, tracking ID uniqueness and summary consistency, screenshot references and PNG signatures, and staged git diff --check. Rendered and visually inspected the mockups in Chrome, verified standalone loading with no asset requests, click/keyboard disclosure behavior, unchanged verse dimensions, and checked for horizontal overflow at 320px, 390px, and desktop widths. The audit records the earlier successful debug build and emulator session; no additional Android build was needed for these documentation-only changes. The suspected start-date mismatch remains explicitly unconfirmed.
