chore: cap supported Python at <3.15 - #777

Conversation
Without an upper bound on requires-python, pip and resolvers treat every future Python as supported. We don't support 3.15 yet (see #773, blocked on isal upstream), so advertise the actual range. What
Add an upper bound to
requires-pythoninpyproject.toml:```diff
-requires-python = ">=3.11"
+requires-python = ">=3.11,<3.15"
```
Why
Without a ceiling, pip and the various resolvers assume every future Python is supported. We don't support 3.15 yet (see #773, blocked on
isalupstream for the compressed-I/O path). This brings the metadata in line with reality so users on 3.15 get a clean "unsupported" message instead of a late install-time failure.When 3.15 lands via #773, we'll bump the ceiling in that PR.
