repo disconnected from ReadTheDocs? #779
Description
In PRs, ReadTheDocs was one of the automated tests and provided a link to see the online documentations built from the PR. For some reason, it doesn't do that anymore (since ~ August 2026). RTDs also doesn't appear in the repo's Webhooks. Similarly, merges into dev haven't updated the online docs since August 31; the last 14 merged commits were never built.
@nwlandry are you still the only one with RTD access for XGI? I can't see XGI when I connect to RTD.

I think you need to add me and Max as owners/admins/maintainers/whatevers of this repo, here on GH, not on RTD.

RTD migrated to the new GitHub App; webhook restored; builds green (latest, stable, and PR #778 all rebuilt within the last two hours). Thanks @nwlandry!
