(Taken from upstream wg-perception#111) Update face_detection.cpp
…lass labels which might not be between 0 and 1.
That was not enforced in earlier standards.
- RuntimeError: dictionary changed size during iteration - `id()` doesn't exist
Use lambdas here as they are more appropriate.

This pull-request includes the other PRs #95, #100 (instead of proposed alternative #101), and #111 .
These address relevant problems with syntax and functionality.
Additionally it includes 65f3f32 and 0b87d6e which are relevant for ROS-O.
