Extra padding when viewing Spotlight content type with sidebar #1343

Describe the bug
When viewing a "Spotlight" content type directly (not in a view) with a sidebar, there is extra padding that is compressing the content into a narrow column

Expected behavior
When viewing a Spotlight with a sidebar, the content fills the width of the main content area
