Add <meta name=”category” content=”homepage”> to homepages in the framework #1325

The campus search service (SearchStax) recommends adding the meta tag <meta name=”category” content=”homepage”> to the homepage of your site in order for it to rank higher in the campus search results.

Describe the solution you'd like
Whenever a visitor is on the homepage of a site, the homepage meta tag shows up in the header. The setting that stores the home page (front page in Drupal) is stored at system.site page.front
