[ FEAT ] - New endpoint to get token business events for account

As there is no way of reconciling business events to contracts, we will need to create a new custom endpoint for this use case. The endpoint should get all the business events of a token.

Examples:
VET:

• Transfers of VET
• Swaps from/to VET
• Stargate Stake/Unstake

VTHO:

• Transfers of VTHO
• Swaps from/to VTHO
• Stargate claim rewards

B3TR:

• Transfers of B3TR + Transfers of VOT3
• Swaps from/to B3TR/VOT3
• B3TR Actions
• B3TR Claim weekly rewards
• B3Tvoting

Generic token:

• Transfers of Generic Token (address)
• Swaps from/to Generic token
