Replace workflow-name-only examples with dated, job-step evidence of public build and functional testing for oneDNN, oneMath, oneDAL and oneDPL. Explicitly record skipped domains and coverage/capacity limits.
Document why oneCCL's migration and CI documentation tasks remain open: the move is complete, but current contribution-testing CI is unverified. Record the need to select a current execution environment for the older Tiber tasks without making claims about present provider offerings.
The evidence supports closing initial setup issues #140–147 after merge, with individual evidence links and scope limits. Further platform/capacity requirements remain in the inventory. oneCCL and Tiber issues remain open.
Validation: GitHub run/job APIs inspected for actual successful build/test steps; local links, document structure and whitespace checks pass. No PDFs changed. Required GitHub checks must pass before merge.
The user authorized continued cleanup and merging after checks. Use the existing administrator review exception; this is not independent CODEOWNER approval.
