The proposal was added by `PR 86
<https://github.com/uxlfoundation/open-source-working-group/pull/86>`__, merged
on February 20, 2025. The PR records discussion of project organization naming,
but no explicit final disposition of the separate-organization recommendation.
A merge records inclusion in this repository; it does not establish that every
recommendation was adopted. Maintainers should add a linked decision before
labelling this proposal accepted or formally superseded.
