Find relevant discussions from topic summaries for every indexed Math and Steering Committee meeting and a linked Hardware session table. Existing meeting records and attachment URLs remain available.
Local documentation checks now validate same-page and cross-document section anchors. Pull requests receive a non-blocking summary of added files over 10 MiB; existing assets and detected renames are excluded.
Validation: all 11 checker tests pass, local file/section links and document structure checks pass, and the diff has no whitespace errors. No PDFs changed. Required GitHub documentation checks must pass before merge.
The repository administrator requested these changes and authorized merging after checks. Use the existing administrator review exception for this maintenance PR; this is not an independent CODEOWNER approval. No governance decisions or branch protections are changed.
