Summary:

Update package.json repository metadata from the legacy git:// GitHub URL to the public HTTPS GitHub URL.
Keep package source and runtime behavior unchanged.

Validation:

Verified package.json parses and repository.url is git+https://github.com/unexpectedjs/unexpected-express.git.
Ran git diff --check.
Verified https://github.com/unexpectedjs/unexpected-express.git is reachable with git ls-remote.
