Resolve the release metadata conflicts and keep Release Please responsible for the 2.0.0 version bump.
Pin the official WCIF 2.1.1 schema and validate deterministic fixtures against it. Cover schema enums and union variants, and fix the model gaps exposed by the contract.
Remove the unproven schema fixture and schema-driven script. Exercise WCIF 2.2 directly in compile-time tests, including required root fields and documented historical nullability.
The handwritten fixture only compared local assumptions with local types and had no authoritative source. Keep CI type safety with a regular no-emit TypeScript compile.
