Product Engineer · software for physical operations

I build systems that keep working when Wi-Fi doesn't.

Offline-first Kiosks and terminals Scanning and printing Realtime workflows

From screen to real world

I turn messy operational workflows into complete products — interaction design, domain rules, APIs, device software, deployment, and recovery paths.

My strongest work lives in factories, service desks, event entrances, scanners, printers, kiosks, and unreliable networks.

THE OPERATIONAL LOOP

SCAN → VALIDATE → ACT

SYNC → AUDIT → RECOVER

Every happy path eventually meets hardware.

🍇 Winemaker by education. Product Engineer by practice. The obsession with process and craft stayed.

01 / Featured build

01 Factory operations Flagship Offline-first

Markiro logo  Markiro — production never waits for the network

Markiro offline-capable line station

Industrial platform for Russian Chestny ZNAK workflows: line-side scanning, serialization, aggregation, label printing, employee pickup, and operational audit. Device-local journals keep the line moving; bad input is rejected at the edge; recovery stays explicit when connectivity or hardware fails.

The product line

02 Queue operations

Real-time customer flow across branches.

Booking, self-service kiosks, operator workstations, public displays, skill-based routing, SSO, billing, reporting, and integrations in one multi-tenant platform.

03 Event operations

From CSV to checked-in guest and printed badge.

Visual badge design, QR/barcode check-in, an offline-first Android app for the entrance, and a local agent for USB, Bluetooth, and Ethernet printers.

04 Diagnostic tooling Beta

See exactly what a barcode scanner sends.

Local Windows diagnostics with COM and keyboard-scanner modes, raw/hex capture, framing analysis, GS1 and IATA parsing, notebook sessions, and reproducible exports.

05 Shipping infrastructure Building

Shipment labels without printer chaos.

Currently building the design system, accessible kiosk patterns, visual regression suite, and secure cloud identity/tenancy foundation for the wider platform.

The build signature

Resilient by default

Interrupted networks and degraded devices are normal operating states, not edge cases.

Hardware-aware UX

Scanners, printers, touchscreens, and kiosks are first-class parts of the product.

Auditable recovery

Failures stay explicit, traceable, and safe for an operator to resume.

Production proof

Production proof: 14 offices, 36 live queues, and 4 operational products

At Yandex, I build internal products for office inspections, lockers, vending terminals, digital reception, and queue workflows. Previously, I worked at Kaspersky and Sberbank.

My role usually spans the whole product path: understand the workflow, remove invalid states, design the interaction, define the contract, implement the system, and own how it behaves in production.
