I've added comprehensive tests for additional components and utilities. The test suite now includes 149 passing tests across 15 test suites.

Fixed in commit 44adde5.

Changes made:

• Removed npm cache configuration (cache and cache-dependency-path) from both workflows
• Changed from npm ci to npm install (since package-lock.json doesn't exist)
• Updated documentation to reflect the change

The cache error occurred because the workflow was looking for package-lock.json which doesn't exist in the repository. The workflows now use npm install directly without caching, which will work reliably.
