Motivation
cloudlinux.ro is a Romanian (EU) cloud provider selling hourly-billed cloud, GPU and dedicated servers, AgentBox workstations for AI agents, backup storage, domain names and software licences, all paid from a prepaid credit balance. Agents already manage accounts through a public REST API and an MCP server with 40 tools; the missing piece was funding the account without a human at a checkout page.
POST /api/v1/billing/topupcloses that loop over MPP: the challenge is public, the paid retry carries the account's API key, the credit lands in the same response, and the agent can order infrastructure right after. As far as we can tell this is the first cloud/infrastructure provider in the directory; existing entries are mostly per-request data and search APIs.Summary

stripe(cards through Shared Payment Tokens, Link agent wallet), intentcharge, currency EUR (declared inline, since the sharedSTRIPE_PAYMENTdefault is USD). Stablecoins on Tempo are planned./openapi.json. It is a top-up for an existing account rather than an anonymous pay-per-call API: the challenge is public (the health check receives a 402), but the paid retry must name the account to credit via its API key, which is why it is limited to verified accounts. No other cloud or server provider is listed.
