fix(services): remove unavailable MPP listings

Summary

Remove unavailable MPP listings from the curated directory while keeping working AgentMail functionality.

• Delist the ten Locus-backed Abstract namespaces: company enrichment, email reputation, exchange rates, holidays, IBAN validation, IP intelligence, phone intelligence, timezone, VAT, and web scraping.
• Remove only AgentMail's unregistered GET /v0/api-keys and GET /v0/organizations routes. Keep AgentMail and its inbox, domain, draft, metric, pod, and thread listings.
• Add registry regression tests for the delisted namespaces and AgentMail's retained inbox route.

The generated service catalogs and agent discovery Markdown contain 127 services instead of 137. Generated outputs are rebuilt from schemas/services.ts and are not checked into git.

This is independent of the service-health audit PR: no README changes or health-check runner changes are included.

The audit PR also adds fixtures to nine of these entries. Rebase whichever PR merges second, retaining the delistings rather than restoring unavailable services when resolving the overlapping changes.

Evidence

Unpaid, unauthenticated rechecks on October 5, 2026 returned 404 with Unknown endpoint for all 15 advertised routes across the ten Abstract namespaces. They are also absent from Locus's supported MPP provider list.

AgentMail's two removed routes returned 404 with This endpoint is not registered for this service. Its /v0/inboxes endpoint returned a valid matching MPP Challenge, so the service remains listed. No payments or fulfillment tests were performed.

Validation

• pnpm generate:discovery: passed; 127 services / 1,343 endpoints.
• Confirmed that both generated JSON catalogs and agent discovery Markdown exclude the ten namespaces, and that AgentMail retains /v0/inboxes without the two removed GET routes.
• pnpm test: 44 files / 9,468 tests passed.
• pnpm check:types: passed.
• pnpm check:ci: passed.
• pnpm build: passed.
