feat(services): add Astro Agents

Motivation

Astro Agents is a deterministic astrology API for agents, covering Western and Vedic charts. Endpoints include natal charts, transits, synastry, kundli, divisional charts, Vimshottari dashas, panchang and Gun Milan, priced from $0.01 to $0.50. Positions come from NASA/JPL DE440, with no LLM involved. Every response carries a SHA-256 hash of its result, and agents can recheck that hash with POST /v1/verify.

Summary

• Service is live and accepts MPP payments. Every paid route answers WWW-Authenticate: Payment (method tempo, intent charge, USDC.e, chain 4217). The payment flow passes npx mppx validate: 25/25 checks, including a testnet payment and a successful Payment-Receipt.
• PR adds an entry in schemas/services.ts.
• Endpoints, prices and payment methods match the live service. /openapi.json carries x-payment-info.offers and passes npx mppx discover validate.
• Public documentation is stable and accessible: /llms.txt, /openapi.json, /v1/catalog. No icon is set.
• pnpm generate:discovery succeeds.
• pnpm check:types passes.
• pnpm check:services --service=astro-agents reports 18 passed, 0 failed, 0 skipped. Each endpoint has a healthCheck: { body: {} } fixture: an empty body always returns the 402 challenge, with no computation and no charge.
• pnpm build: on my Windows machine the build fails in unrelated blog .mdx pages, because generated import paths contain backslashes ("Invalid escape sequence"). This PR only touches schemas/services.ts, so I'm relying on CI to run the build on Linux.

Key Design Considerations

• Integration: first-party. The service implements MPP itself with the official Python SDK (pympp), next to x402 on the same routes and in a single 402.
• Payment methods and intents: Tempo charge in USDC.e (TEMPO_PAYMENT), with fixed per-request prices.
• Provider relationship: we built and operate the service.
• Directory fit: there is no astrology service in the directory yet. The service is also registered on MPPScan and in the official MCP registry (io.github.aidatatools-dev/astro-agents).
