fix: repair stale service documentation and endpoint listings

Motivation

Broken documentation links and retired API routes make the service directory unreliable. Refresh 31 listings using provider documentation and unpaid HTTP checks.

Summary

• Correct documentation links for ten Abstract services, Nansen, molty.cash, and sixteen Orthogonal providers; replace the Orthogonal provider website links with their public sites.
• Move four Context.dev endpoints from /brand/* to their published /web/* routes and add request fixtures.
• Remove 29 retired StableTravel Amadeus routes, add six published Google Flights and Seats.aero routes with current advertised prices, and refresh its description.
• Mark GovLaws as under maintenance and link its published pause notice.

Key design considerations

• Preserve upstream API and MPP base URLs; documentation and provider websites remain separate.
• Replacement documentation and website links returned HTTP 200. Corrected Context.dev routes and five concrete new StableTravel routes returned HTTP 402 without payment; the parameterized trip route comes from published OpenAPI.
• Leave AgentMail's two documented but failing routes unchanged for provider review. Molty.cash's discovery link is repaired, but its current documentation contradicts the listing's MPP support.
