What should I do if I encounter this issue while registering for Freeswitch

This is because PyVOIP data unpacking is too strict and not falt-tolerant. Most likely the issue is at SIP. I recommend considering using rfcvoip to see if switching to it enables operating the less-than-ideal SIP provider
