Summary: add a linux-ksni feature exposing a GTK-free Send-friendly menu compatibility model, keep menu item compatibility state updated through shared ArcSwap handles, and expose MenuEvent::send for external tray presenters. This revives the useful prerequisite from #239 while keeping the existing GTK default path intact. Validation: cargo check; cargo check --target x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu --no-default-features --features linux-ksni; downstream tray-icon stack check with the same Linux linux-ksni feature.
