🚚(frontend) add doc move to doc options

Purpose

In order to harmonize the doc options, we are adding the "Move to my docs" and "Move into a doc" options to the doc options menu.
This allows users to move documents directly from the options menu, providing a more streamlined experience.

Part of #2417.
