Petter answered DQ-34 in session. The DATABASE_URL Actions secret now holds the read-only strale_ro role with sslmode=require; manual run 36986562098 ran all three database checks. DATABASE_URLActions secret now holds the read-onlystrale_rorole withsslmode=require(TLS verified; role refuses writes with 25006; only weekly-drift reads the secret). Manual run 36986562098 ran all three database checks; its remaining red is two real findings (fear-greed-index reliability drift; six unregistered roster vendor names), recorded in the handoff for the next morning run.Docs-only: DECISION-QUEUE.md DQ-34 → answered, a handoff file, regenerated indexes. No code; no independent review required beyond CI.
