Use the JAR file attached below to build Top Down Sprite Maker.

Note:
Future versions of Stipple Effect will use STIP Parser to write projects to file and load them from file. However, as of Stipple Effect v1.2.3, .stip file writing and parsing is still performed by code included directly in the project codebase.
