Filter GTFS-RT Alerts with title “Veranstaltung”

Problem

In the VVS GTFS-RT Alerts feed, there are frequent messages with the title "Veranstaltung".
These alerts usually contain no additional information about what event or where it takes place, making them useless for users.

Repeated requests to the VVS to improve the message content have not led to improvements.

Expected Behavior

Alerts should only be shown if they contain meaningful information (e.g., event name, location, or line reference).

Suggested Solution

Filter out all GTFS-RT Alert entries where:

• The title is exactly "Veranstaltung", and
• There are no additional descriptive fields or text.

Additional Notes

• This affects both the web and app versions.
• Filtering should happen before displaying the alerts to end users, so irrelevant messages are hidden.
