Replace the separate desktop, mobile, and sticky headers with one responsive navigation row. Keep territory selection and analytics links in sync with the URL, and simplify account, wallet, and comment navigation.

Remove obsolete menu visibility plumbing and the price carousel provider; let the price component own its persisted selection.
Add a shared two-column layout for feeds and item pages, with desktop-only sidebar mounting and a price display. Align the header and footer with the columns and constrain sidebar scrolling as the footer enters view, with normal-flow fallback styling.
Display territory details beside territory feeds and daily sats rankings beside the home feed. Keep the territory header on mobile, handle loading and empty/error states, and respect NSFW preferences and custom-domain links.

Allow an explicit null topSubs limit for the complete ranking.
Portal the item table of contents into the desktop sidebar while retaining the mobile dropdown. Use stable heading keys and emit heading-navigation events so clipped post text expands before scrolling.
Display related posts beside eligible items on desktop and retain the inline mobile section. Share eligibility checks and add compact item metadata and matching loading skeletons.
Remove the territory picker from the post-type chooser while retaining selection in the posting form. Validate requested post types against selected territories and carry single-territory context into the page layout.
…-* tailwind utility; style popover with popover css vars
