Syncs the Codex wrapper to Agent Kit
56dd235ef898f01e42550884b87913bb44030086(Agent Kit PR #207 / Batch 7)..mcp.jsonto the new Agent Kit commit;pytplot-plotting-optionsskill into both rootskills/andplugins/spedas-codex/skills/;spedas-skills-indexcopies and README resource-count guidance to the 70-resource Batch 7 surface.Default MCP surface remains 13 tools; no optional tiers are enabled by default.
