• repin the Codex wrapper MCP config to Agent Kit 4c1fd134ff9d327ebb3f0efe8ee963b9bb7a8aa0
• sync the Batch 4 mms-basic-workflows shared skill into both root and packaged plugin skill copies
• update the shared skill index and documented smoke expectation to the 13-tool / 67-resource Agent Kit surface

This keeps spedas_codex a thin runtime wrapper. No default MCP tools are added; optional tiers remain gated by Agent Kit.
