What changed

Adds a new theAlita vendor record with its Startup Credit Program and one structured platform-credit offer.

Why

theAlita publishes a current startup-specific program with an explicit credit ceiling, covered use, application access, and first-party documentation. The record closes #581.

Impact

After admission and merge, Sourcey can publish the theAlita Startup Credit Program in the catalog with a canonical vendor-owned source.

Validation

• Parsed the YAML locally.
• Confirmed the description and summaries are within repository limits.
• Ran the exact digest-pinned Sourcey Catalog Verifier: {"status":"valid","vendors":1,"programs":1,"offers":1}.
• Commit includes a matching DCO sign-off.
