What changed
Adds a new Tequity vendor record with its Grant Program and one structured service-credit offer.
Why
Tequity publishes a current startup-specific grant with an explicit credit value, eligible founder tracks, application access, and first-party documentation. The record closes #579.
Impact
After admission and merge, Sourcey can publish the Tequity Startup Grant in the catalog with canonical vendor-owned sources.
