What changed
Adds a new Veriam vendor record with its Startup Program and one structured fee-waiver offer.
Why
Veriam publishes a current startup-specific program with explicit fee economics, duration, revenue ceiling, application access, and first-party documentation. The record closes #575.
Impact
After admission and merge, Sourcey can publish the Veriam Startup Program in the catalog with canonical vendor-owned sources.
