Fixes a reproduced upgrade lockout where unrelated framework Keychain objects without usable wallet tags caused valid wallet inventory to fail. Startup now revalidates the installed database, every account and signing identity, and the network snapshot before clearing only the matching generic failure marker. Existing keys, accounts, selection, and recovery copies are preserved; conflicting identities, unfinished journals, and newer recovery markers remain protected. The recovery screen's Try again action restarts these checks without clearing wallet state itself.
Validation: Release build and 5 focused recovery tests passed, with no failures or skips. All 253 wallet regression tests passed, with zero failures or skips; the 5 focused tests are included in that total. The 16 migration-evidence collector tests also passed.

The eight publication-contract tests and lint passed, as did archive and exported-package signing/source checks. Apple accepted 3.8.7 (2026090706) at2026-09-07T10:46:51Z(delivery19621edb-a68d-4383-b9ae-65206d3ef640); processing is complete and the existing internal group (2 testers) is Testing. Early adopters (10 testers) and SORA Externals (62 testers) are both Waiting for Review, submitted together with automatic notifications enabled and their public links retained. Public access to this build awaits Apple beta review; build 0705 was withdrawn. The reported user's installed wallet has not yet been verified with this replacement.
