Allows SiYuan to run a fixed set of operations with elevated privileges under Windows UAC.
Run the Windows regression tests without linking the administrator manifest:
go test main.go defender.go defender_windows.go main_test.go powershell_windows_test.go -count=1
The tests replace Defender commands and do not modify exclusions. go test ./... on Windows links the production manifest and requires elevation; the file-based command above avoids that requirement.
Build both Windows architectures with build.bat, then copy the generated helpers to SiYuan's app/elevator/ directory. Keep the administrator manifest in production builds.
