When using Firefox Containers & "Always use container for this site" for Proton & SimpleLogin the extension doesn't finish setup.
Could be the same issue as #191 or may be a separate cause.
Resolution was to open these sites, rightclick the container icon & name in the URL bar and untick the "Always use container for this site" item. Finish the setup. Then re-enable the containers.
I've not logged out on the non-container session, hopefully that wouldn't cause the extension to be logged out again.
