Software Engineer I – Symbology, Chatbots & GenAI

• Migrating a mission-critical symbology system from Perl → Python (~5M requests/day) and designing a high-speed GraphQL API for it.
• Owning a production RAG pipeline and a multi-model LLM gateway (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) with observability and evaluation.
• Shipping internal AI tools: a company-wide Out-of-Office AI agent, document-to-Markdown GitHub Action, and an internal MCP server (FastMCP).

• AnkFin – AI Money Management
  Full-stack fintech platform with Plaid banking sync, rate-limited APIs, subscriptions, OCR, and an agentic chat for cash-flow forecasting.

• ProfileScout.io – Lead-Gen SaaS
  Converts natural-language queries into LinkedIn X-ray search with AI filters, Hunter.io enrichment, bulk outreach, and BullMQ queues.

• AI Calling Agent – Voice Feedback Agent
  4-language voice AI agent (OpenAI Realtime, Pipecat, Twilio WebSocket) automating feedback calls with monitoring and DLQ alerting.

• Qualxl – Audit Workflow SaaS
  Multi-tenant audit SaaS (FastAPI, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery) with RBAC, OTP 2FA, async ingestion, and SSE progress.
