chore: align version files with store reality (2.9.27, android 165) - #2211

iOS Info.plist hardcodes CFBundleShortVersionString, so the 2026-07-09 deploy uploaded as 2.9.26 (closed train) and was rejected. Set it to 2.9.27 to match Play, and record the shipped Android versionCode 165. Supersedes #2210, which recorded a 2.9.28 that never shipped. The 2026-07-09 staging deploy (#2209) failed on iOS:
Info.plisthardcodesCFBundleShortVersionString = 2.9.26, a released/closed App Store train, so the IPA was rejected regardless of the bumpedMARKETING_VERSION(failed run). Android uploaded fine, but as user-facing "2.9.27" (hardcodedversionName) — CI's intended 2.9.28 never shipped anywhere.What
