Link Ferriki, Ferroni and Ferromark to their .dev domains in the family registry

Why

The three content-pipeline engines now have their own sites:

The registry is the single source for these links, so the header tool switcher, the family footers, ferramenta.dev and the README family blocks of every sibling still send readers to the repository or the old github.io paths.

What to change

1. In packages/family/src/family.ts, set docs to https://ferriki.dev, https://ferroni.dev and https://ferromark.dev (the other members use the bare origin, e.g. https://ferrocat.dev). Setting docs on ferriki also flips leadsToRepo() / RepoNote for it.
2. Regenerate the committed Markdown theme frames (pnpm theme:write, checked by pnpm theme:check) so packages/family/markdown/* carry the new links.
3. Release ferramenta-family (currently 1.2.0 on npm).
4. Bump ferramenta-family in the three sites (ferriki/homepage, ferromark/homepage, ferroni/docs) and rerun ferramenta-readme --write / mise run readme:write in the sibling repositories so their README family blocks follow.

Acceptance

• The tool switcher and footer on every family site link ferriki.dev, ferroni.dev and ferromark.dev.
• No sibling README links sebastian-software.github.io/ferroni/ or …/ferromark/, and Ferriki no longer links its repository in place of a site.

The registry links ferroni.dev, ferriki.dev and ferromark.dev and the generated Markdown frames carry the links (#94). What remains is on the consumers' side: the 2.0.0 release (#95) and each sibling bumping its mdtheme ref and package pin, then rerunning readme:write. Until a sibling does that, its README shows the theme it pinned.
