Move position of current label with keybind in .lab labelers

My wrist starts to hurt when labeling for long sessions.

I would like to be able to set the position of a label like you can with parameters in the UTAU labelers.

so currently the Q/W keys not working for multiple edit mode, because it's hard for user to find which entry it's now on.
but if you switch back to single edit mode, it's working.

You can set the go to next/previous entry key bind to keys that you can touch by your left hand so that you can do: next -> Q/W to adjust -> next ... (or use the mouse wheel to scroll), please have a try first

even if we enable it in the multiple mode the process is the same (you will need to move to the current entry to use Q/W to adjust the border)

This works, but I notice that dragging in this mode makes it freak out and move all entries after the current one set their position to the end of the current entry.

The broken dragging in single entry editing mode found in this thread should be fixed by 1.7.0-beta1.
Please verify with the new build and close this issue if it works for you.
