This is a follow up to #171 that adds some details to the README to help low traffic projects. It highlights the problem that the nightly wheels will get cleaned up if you don't produce a wheel regularly and that this is something to consider for low traffic projects.

I also wrote that "we are not aware of a way to prevent the cron job expiry", mostly because I was not aware of a solution. There is .github/workflows/keep-alive.yml which I think is a solution to this problem. Should we advertise that as a potential solution?
