Integrate agentic-finance-ux frontend UX

Summary

Merges the agentic-finance-ux repository into this monorepo as the new frontend UX layer, and fixes all resulting TypeScript build errors.

Changes

Frontend Integration (from agentic-finance-ux)

• Added Material 3 design system with full shadcn/ui component library
• New sidebar navigation and AppShell layout
• New routes: advisory, branches, chat, fraud, loans, sentiment
• Added TanStack Router, theme toggle, connection badge, user menu

TypeScript Build Fixes

• Removed unused SectionTitle component and loop variable (AdminDashboard.tsx)
• Added product_gaps?: string[] to AdviceDraft type (types/index.ts)
• Fixed optional chaining for product_gaps access (AdvisorWorkspace.tsx)
• Updated NbaItem.suggested_script to accept string | null to match backend type
• Removed invalid CSS divide property from inline style (BranchMonitor.tsx)
• Removed unused useParams/Link imports (LoanWorkbench.tsx)
• Added --passWithNoTests to vitest (no frontend tests yet)

Test Results

• ✅ 184 backend tests passed (71% coverage)
• ✅ Frontend builds cleanly (tsc && vite build)
