Ergo storage rent (ErgoInterpreter.checkExpiredBox): a box 1,051,200 blocks (about 4 years) past its creation height can be spent without its script. If its value is at most storageFeeFactor x its size (1,250,000 nanoERG/byte, set in the epoch extension; miner-votable), nothing constrains the outputs: the whole box, tokens included, goes to whoever is mined first.
The cold address (contracts-public-launch-7.1.1.json, ergo.addresses.cold) holds 11 such boxes: 454-733 bytes each (the serialized bytes hash to the box ids), so a fee of 0.57-0.92 ERG, 100 to 900 times their value. Seven hold rs-token amounts, two hold eRSN dust, two hold a non-Rosen LP token.

Nothing in the service tracks cold-box age, so each of these depends on a manual sweep before its height. Transaction a3538df0ef (height 1,810,580) merged three boxes of this kind into one box carrying 8,063 ERG; after that, rent takes only the fee and the tokens stay.
