Summary
Upgrade the documentation portal from TypeScript 5.9.3 to 6.0.3 rather than TypeScript 7.0.2.
The original Dependabot proposal for TypeScript 7 could not pass
npm ci:@astrojs/check@0.9.12declares a TypeScript peer range of^5.0.0 || ^6.0.0, and Astro/Volar language tooling also requires<7. The portal, accessibility, SEO, and Lighthouse workflows all failed at dependency installation withERESOLVE.Changes

The existing
@astrojs/check@0.9.12supports TypeScript 5 and 6, and the Volar peers accept versions below 7. The previous TypeScript 7 run failed duringnpm ci; review the new GitHub Actions run fornpm ci --ignore-scripts,npm run check, tests, build, accessibility, SEO/HTML, and Lighthouse before merging.This PR deliberately does not use
--forceor--legacy-peer-depsand does not disable quality gates.Follow-up
