Made it possible to press 'a' on the video selection to change between the "hdmi" and "local" audio outputs.
The option only shows up when omxplayer is enabled. I also moved the "toggle novideo" option to the end of the help bar, since it was the maximum width. The current audio output is displayed on the info bar.
