The evaluation worker crashes at startup after #4170 with
ERR_MODULE_NOT_FOUND: @opentelemetry/api. The refreshed Anthropic SDK imports it, and the Hub's worker bundler explicitly leaves it external; pnpm needs a direct Hub dependency to make that import resolve from the generated script.@opentelemetry/apias a Hub runtime dependency using the existing locked version, 1.9.0.process-pending-evaluations.mjs --helpstartup check to CI. This loads the module graph and exits before processing evaluations.Validation: all 14 Hub bundle/typecheck dependency tasks pass; the generated evaluation worker starts and prints help successfully; Hub lint and formatting pass; frozen offline installation passes. No database migration.
