Bundles a small MD4 for the NT password hash and pulls DES from cryptography via a new [mschap] extra. Each method gets a runnable scenario under scenarios/ and an entry in docs/auth.md. Fixes a latent EAP-MD5 bug where the encoder appended a second Message-Authenticator on top of the one prepare_outgoing already stamped, every conformant server rejected it. Tests missed it because they mocked the transport; the new scenario hits the real wire path.
